Alain is a seasoned executive with a strong background in wealth management, business strategy, and technology. He holds a Master’s in Computer Engineering from ETH Zurich and an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan. With senior leadership roles at Pictet, Deutsche Bank, and BCG, Alain has driven business development across CEE, CIS, and Asia for over two decades. Today, he co-leads a Swiss multi-family office and serves on multiple boards, contributing with strategic vision and global wealth management expertise.
Georg Koromzay

Georg is a licensed attorney and holder of an Executive MBA from the Universities of Rochester and Bern. He has a distinguished career in legal, compliance and corporate governance within Swiss banking. As the former CEO of the VQF SRO, he was responsible for AML supervision of financial intermediaries in the payment services, fintech and crypto sector. Having previously held the positions of Head Legal and Corporate Secretary at Neue Aargauer Bank and Credit Suisse (Aargau), he possesses deep expertise in the areas of regulation, governance, risk management and data protection.
Michael Burkhard
Board Member
Michael is a Swiss-qualified attorney with over two decades of leadership in legal, compliance, and risk management across the banking and asset management sectors. He currently serves as Head Legal, Compliance and Risk at a FINMA-regulated asset manager and has held senior roles at Credit Suisse, BFI, and Bratschi. Michael brings deep expertise in regulatory strategy, investment structuring, and digital compliance initiatives.
Dr. Jochen Dürr

Jochen is a Senior Executive and Chief Risk Officer with over 20 years of global leadership experience in strategy, risk management, transformation, banking, corporate finance and financial market infrastructure. Jochen led teams and key transformation initiatives at McKinsey & Co., State Street Corp., SIX Swiss Exchange Group and Bolsas y Mercados Españoles. Furthermore, he initiated and drove the launch and implementation of SIX Digital Exchange and Asia Digital Exchange Holdings (‚Asianext‘). In addition to his Executive Board roles, Jochen held non-Executive Board positions in which he provided strategic direction and oversight to financial institutions, DeFi/crypto firms and non-profit organizations, driving growth, resilience and operational excellence.
